1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and engaging SkyArk Global for architectural, structural engineering, turn-key construction, or real estate advisory services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Professional Services & Scope
SkyArk Global delivers bespoke architectural design, structural engineering analyses, interior crafting, and turn-key construction supervision. Specific project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules are governed by formal service contracts executed between the client and SkyArk Global.
3. Intellectual Property
All architectural blueprints, 3D renderings, structural calculations, sketches, and bespoke designs produced by SkyArk Global remain the intellectual property of SkyArk Global until full contractual handover as agreed in the project contract.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of architectural or construction contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
